- Advance as booking charges 50% Cancellation charges
- No cancellation charges if its before 1 5 days
- 50% if it is 10 days earlier.
- 100% if it is 5 days earlier
- You have to stay for the no of days you have booked, any cancellation you have to bear the complete cost.
- Any reduction in count of people booked for the stay has to be informed a day prior if not guest have to bear the complete cost for the initial
count provided. - Bookings made without advance payment will be held purely tentative bookings and we may offer the same to any other client without notice.
- Advance Booking amount is 50% & while check-in remaining balance amount has to be paid.
- We are not responsible for any loss of your personal items at the stay, room lock & key can be collected from the caretaker's.
